Sounds nummy... especially the Weizen Bier... Regenheitsgebot???

The girls have kicked me out of the upstairs.. so I am bannished to the basement or to the shop.. gonna do a bit of both..

Seems lilke we are having Mizo soup, dumplings, sushi rolls, sushi style fish and a few other Asian home made delicacies.. Not too bad for Acadian/Bavarian girls huh?

And to top it off, I think I am going to have either a DAB or a Grolsch as a libation :!:  :D I love Father's Day :!:

Donny,

Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your day.

Marilyn went to the father's day/birthday party without me. I stayed home because I didn't want to pass on whatever is ailing me to my son, grandsons, and great grandchildren.

Marlee and I are spending the day together.

Donny:

Thanks for sharing the pics of your family. What a great family you have.. no wonder you walk around with a smile on your face in every pic I have ever seen of you :!: Talk about a proud Papa  :D You and Merry need to remember that you have the greatest gift in the whole world.. a wonderful family that loves you :!:

George, I really hope that you are feeling better and that the day is enjoyable even though you are not with the youngun's and Marilyn.

Right now, I am getting some time on the puter.. don't much feel like going to the shop quite yet. Em just called, she is going to be another 3 hours with Duane in the Emerg unit.. the boy is sick.. really sick.. along with hundreds of others who are suffering from suspected food poisoning and very bad gastro something or other. He has a high fever and is sleeping a lot.. Supper will be delayed, as we wait for Em to come home.

The best thing is that we will all be together at least..

For everyone -- again Happy Father's Day. Remember our fathers who have passed and keep their memories alive by talking about them to our children, so that the legacies can live on..

Peace to one and all (+)

Donny,
Thanks for sharing those GREAT pictures of your family! I'm sure you and Merry had a great time as well as everyone else!
I just got my Father's day card from my son in Dallas! It was post marked the 13th and arrived today the 19th. (6 days) anyway it was a great card and one from my Grandson whom is still not here yet! (He's supposed to arrive within the next 2 weeks!!)

I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.
