I'd use the blown in, I walked in a stereo shop here in town, they used the blown in, you wouldn't believe how quiet it was. You could talk in there, but your voice didn't travel or echo, it was really weird. That's what you'd probably want for a recording studio. There is a recording studio next door to where I work, they have foam mounted on the walls. Brandon.
