While Where Talking About Movie Cars....

Wonder what happened to the original bandit trans am used in smokey and the bandit? That's my favorite movie of all time. I've ofter wondered what happened to the snowman's Semi Trailer. That would be a cool piece to have. You know someone has it somewhere probably full of junk.

Wonder if they'll ever re-make Smokey and the Bandit like they did the dukes of Hazard? I think it'd be a good movie, look at the sucess the new Dukes of Hazard Had. Brandon

Without Jackie Gleason, the movie's a flop. Craig

They totally threw off Roscoe P. Coletrains part in the new dukes of hazard. They had him as this big horrible mean guy, which was completely opposite of his original character. They'd probably screw up Jackie Gleason in a New Smokey and the Bandit.

You gotta love him and his "deputy" driving down the highway in Pontiac Bonneville with no roof, doors etcetc. as if nothing was wrong. He was truly priceless. Craig

Yeah, I thought he got it wrong at first, but I think Buford T. Justice said it also.

Boy, I miss those great actors like Paul Newman, George Kennedy, and, I can never remember the name of the guy that played the warden. Maybe it's me and there's a generation gap, but I can't understand, or relate to, the actors today.
