Amazing :D Some really nice music the first thing this morning!!

Thanks Josh
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Josh:

Thanks fer the link. This guy plays like most of us can only dream. I really like Drifting. I think I am going to listen to a few other of his. Be nice to be able to get a DVD.. this guy is not only Good, he is amazing. Ranks up there with Joe Walsh, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler and Chet :!:

That other acutstic that you can see in one of the related vids, is interesting. Gonna have to look at that one.

About the only thing I can play is a radio, but I do like to listen to a good instrumentalist, especially a guitar.

WOW... that guy is pretty phenomenal...

I play piano, organ and sing, and have always wanted to play guitar. The problem is that everytime I start, I get frustrated with myself because I am such a newbie at it and can't remember the fingerings for the chords...and then I go back to Piano and Organ and Singing...

Thanks for the link to the video...

I really enjoy watching people with talents other than just singing. Why don't don't they have an American Idol show for those people? Seems to me thats a much more rare talent than vocals anyway but all the glory goes to pretty faces and a voice. :?

Bill

I'm with you on that. There are some good talents out there. I have a pretty good teacher myself. My grandfather Kenneth Higdon played professionally for 30 years. He first played with Johnny Horton on the Lousiana Hay Ride and went on the fill in with stars like George Jones, Lefty Frezzil, and others. I am really proud of him. He also played the Gran Ol Opry for years. So now hes passing some of the knowledge to me.

I think this guy has an amazing talent with the harmonica. It might be a bit upbeat for some of you older fellers. Just remember its just him making all the music, no other instruments besides the harmonica and his voice. 8)
