Jim, Good luck on your therapy. The worse should be over. Good advice on the chains. I have always used what was handy but from now on I'll use better equipment so at least you converted one old f*rt with your experience. Take care Grump

Sorry to hear about your hand, I'm 51 now but I had a bad accident at 19 with my left hand, cut tendons in three fingers, lost 3 joints, and had to have sheaths in 2 fingers. 4 years of surgeries and I have some use of 2 of the injured fingers. Doctors thought I would need to have 2 fingers removed but I wouldn't go for it. Worked very hard and am able to do most things. Yes I was left handed. Keep the faith and you can make anything happen with Gods help. GOD BLESS YOU. My thoughts and prayers are with you....James
