John,

Surely, as a Californian, you know your state's history better that I do.

Your ties to Mexico are very real, from an historical point of view. Also, during the days of the Independent Republic, California was a dual language nation.

I'm sure you meant this post to be humorous, and not to offend people's sensibilities, so I won't go on any further than that.

I am sorry again for over-reacting.
