transportation at tractor shows.

Postby John *.?-!.* cub owner » Wed Mar 08, 2006 11:50 pm

I don't get around too good anymore, and since some of the tractor shows have limited sanitary facilities, or have them a long ways apart, I found the ideal scooter to use.

WOW! A Lodge and Shipley Choremaster for a butt buggy! What a novel idea! :D I'm sure they are well suited to that, as they are very well engineered. It seems that all available restorable ones are now used for that duty.

The folks that have this buggy are a lot of fun, since they are also Golden Retriever fanatics, and nice folks. A self propelled picnic table with all the places set with folks enjoying a candlelight dinner is impressive cruising the Portland campground.

The ideas folks have and execute well is one of the attractions for me at shows.

We had an outhouse unitl I was aobut 14 years old. they were normally aobut 30 yards form the house. In the winter that was 30 yard too far, and in the summer, 30 yards too close.

A very accurate description of the distance, John. We also had an outhouse when I was growing up in south Missouri. I didn't mind the 30 yards in the summer but was a long 30 yards in the winter with ice or snow on the ground. Dan
