Very impressive. Gives the impression of a giant sting ray, could be appropriate.

Jim, Beautiful pics!! I don't think that it's been too long ago that all of that stuff was top secret. The B-2 is fantastic, but I have always been in awe of the B-52. I live southwest of Dayton, OH and every so often I see a B-52 coming in for a landing. It appears that they are traveling so slow that they are suspended in air. 8) It's been years since I visited the Air Force Museum at WPAFB. I'll have to go back pretty soon. You know, Bigdog doesn't live that far from the Air Force base. Do you think that is really him in that B-2???? Thanks for sharing!!! Larry

Larry,
Your right about needing to check out the WPAFB museum again. I make about 2 visits a year to WP for a check on some equipment we maintain on base. The museum is updated often. They have a new entrance now and the whole thing is well worth the trip. I highly recommend it!!

BD keeps his hat on with a small deflector that deploys at certain air speeds if the detectors indicate that the hat is near the loss of contact point with his scalp

Ron
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

:) :) :) We live about 25 miles from Edwards as the crow flies. Every now and then we see the B-2 and F-117's fly over. Pretty impressive. We also are not too far away from Lockheed's Skunk Works. See some interesting things fly out of there too. If I had known you were in the area Jim we might have been able to hook up for dinner. You might not remember but you are the one that gave me all the tips on how to paint my Cub about 4 years ago. Paint still looks like I put it on yesterday.
Always try the easiest thing first.
