Smoke in the air

Canadian forest fires have been sending smoke south. I haven't seen the mountains in over a week. Bad enough this morning that I could smell it. Hopefully some predicted rain will help clear the air until the jet stream changes direction.

We’ve been having smoke for weeks, here in the East, from the same fires.

Same here, smoke for weeks. High enough that we don't smell it.

Can't smell anything here in SE Michigan, but we've been getting some fantastic color at sunrise/sunset as a result of the high level particles in the air.
