A low serial number would be worth the trouble to restore for me, unless its really bad.
It would be cool to have an early example, to exhibit.
To me, its sort of like a white demo model, or my F12 with factory fenders. Something that not everyone has.

Or a 1948 trimmed dash model. Not a lot of those in circulation.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
