Several years ago when I used to do commercial 2 way radio work I walked into a small electric co-op office and told the lady in the office I was there to work on Jerry M.s' radio. "just a minute", she said '"I'll call him on the radio". "Lady" I replied "If you could call him on the radio I wouldn't be here".

Like when you have a power failure. Walk from one room into another and you turn on the light switch. Who HASN'T done that?

Ever try to remember what all was on when the power failed, then go around and turn stuff off to ease the load for when the power comes back on...........and then sit in the dark after it comes on cause you don't know it's on. Don't ask me why I thought of this.

I've never been that good at getting everything turned off.

Like sitting on the passenger side and using that imaginary brake pedal. Especially with my wife driving.

Or walk outside with the T.V. remote in my hand and my wife saying,"What are you going to do with that?I said "I just figured on changing this channel". "I seen this show before!

It's fun to watch people sometimes. You take the moving sidewalks in airports. Since they are relatively flat, it's hard to tell when they're running or not. It's funny to see people's reaction when they walk right on them and expect it to be moving when it's not. First reaction is the "stutter-step". Next is the glare down at he mechanism. Third is the quick glance around to see if anybody saw them. I have to say the reaction is the same, from every nationality, pilots, mechanics, gate agents, kids, elderly, you name it. Myself included...or course.
