Spent almost an hour on the phone with a major tractor company because I ordered a clutch and a seat back for a 140 and they sent a clutch and a seat bottom. Was on hold for 51 minutes before someone picked up. Sent them an email yesterday (no response on that yet) when the parts came in a day late cause they put the wrong town on my address label. They are sending the seat back and a return label for the bottom.

Got done bagging some corn today. Got a load from a friend. Bagged 8 bags yesterday and moved it with the truck, decided to put the remaining 9 1/2 bags on the No. 1 platform carrier today. Yeah it’s under there and the 140 picked it up nice. These bags weigh about 75-85 pounds each.

I was so concerned but you are back at it. That was quite a load to move, pack and transport. Fresh corn as this, what can i say. I think that fresh corn is undervalued. We only get a shot at wonderful fresh corn this late. It depends, of course where we are. I'm not big on corn but fresh on the cob is a treat.

Field corn. Not eatable by humans. Perhaps if it was ground into corn meal.
I have an excuse. CRS.

This corn was a gift from a friend, it’s last years corn. He needed room for this years corn he’s picking now. I’m gonna use it to feed deer which in turn puts meat in our freezer for our family. I guess you could say it’s a gift that keeps on giving.

Lady came by our store the other day and talked to my wife. Said her husband passed away in February and ask if I knew anybody who would want to buy some implements. I called her and went by and worked out a price, hauled it all home yesterday. The 16 disc cutaway will be getting a prong and be perfect behind the 140 for the garden.

More pictures. The hillers and prongs go on a 3 point cultivator I forgot to get a picture of.
