That is funny that you mention about planting it bigger. Dad and I was thinking that next year we might plow up the whole field and plant some different types. Green mountain, Russets, Katadin, and some Reds. Three or so rows each about 200+ feet in length. We could sell the extras and recover some costs and help fund the Cub fund. Now that would be some good seat time plowing, disking, cultivating, and digging
. We don't have a root or cold cellar, but the new house will have something. Next spring after Hope graduates we will be looking for a place of our own. If everything works out there might be another place for a NE Cubfest
