Elevator Safety

Postby BigBill » Thu Dec 15, 2011 3:44 pm

When getting on the elevator move quickly do not waste time standing over the foot plate between the building opening and the elevator platform. Get on and off quickly.

If the elevator is stuck with a small opening were your tempted to climb out, DO NOT, stay put till help arrives. Remember these are machines and they can fail. But there are so many safety systems built into the elevators today your really safe. As long as the building owner has a maintenance contract to keep the elevatoer in tip=top running condition.

Besafe move quickly.... Bill
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
