Remington 700 rifle recall

Postby Bob McCarty » Tue Aug 15, 2017 6:31 pm

and Model 7. 60 Minutes had a segment on this rifle. Apparently a defective trigger mechanism that will allow it to accidentally fire, especially when cold. There was a poor recall effort and another suit has been initiated. I don't have one, but know a lot of you are gun enthusiasts and I wouldn't want you involved in an accidental shooting (yourself or another). Pass it on if you know an owner.
