Be careful out there ..

Nothing to do with Farmall Cubs but last week we had a fellow killed by his tractor. He had been farming for 28 years and made one mistake.
Some how he got off the tractor and it ran over his legs with the traction wheels and before he could get away the brush hog hit him .
Last year a fellow got off to move a log, put the tractor in nuteral but left the PTO ingaged and the tractor rolled into him with the sicklebar still running. He did not die but lost one leg and the other is a mess.
Familiarity breeds contemp .

Thanks for posting this. As much as we hate to hear of such things, having stories like this helps bring or own mortality to the fore front. You just can't be too safe...
