Governor Problems
I Have a 1970 Loboy 154 that's over revs when I turn right. But. when I am going straight it seems to sputter under a load. I think the governor is ok but, I am new to all this. I had it off and everything seemed to be in order. I would like to buy a good used one, but no one around here has parts.
