Converting a 154 to a reverse drive

Has anyone converted a 154 to a reverse drive ? I'm going to do it one way or another, just wanted to save time figuring it out on my own, and please don't tell me all the reasons I shouldn't do it. Also, where can I find a repair manual which shows the transmission gears etc. Thanks

If what you are talking about is having 3 gears backward and one forward just reverse the ring and pinion.

Thank you. That's the answer I wanted but was unsure if it were possible to do that. I'm also going to set up my heated cab to face the rear and redo the power steering etc. and controls. I only use it to plow snow and move trailers and need an easier way to get in and out ( I'm an old geezer ) and it's getting difficult the way the thing is configured now.
Any leads to a diagram of the internal organs of the tranny would be appreciated.
