How do I adjust tighten the adjuster pulleys under the PTO for the mower deck.
Seems almost impossible for one person to do it.?
Thanks for any advice.

Snug up the bolt, then place a pry bar against the pulley to tighten the belt. Use other hand to tighten the nut. If the bolt head turns, try placing a ratchet and socket on the head and just let it turn until it contacts the frame, then you can tighten the nut. With practice, it becomes easy to do.
