This is a gravity feed system . took my filter off very little fuel leaked out . Just a trickle
plan to clean the bowl , but should it pour out fast. I would think so to fill the carb bowl.

Yes it should have a good strong flow. When you say filter, do you mean the sediment bowl and fuel strainer or do you have an inline fuel filter. If you have a fuel filter added it could be restricting your flow.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

sediment bowl had alot of crap in it, have to check the strainer. changing the inline filter. I think the strainer is clogged now that it should flow strong.

Don't forget to check the inlet to the sediment bowl inside the tank. It is not unusual for them to get pieces of rust, etc. inside plugging the opening.
