My son was over the house and asked me if I wanted to start and move my first int 154 to the launch area(work area). I said sure. I kept the battery from it on trickle all winter. I put a can of seafoam In a full tank of gas. She fired right up. And he drove it. My son didn't see the sub spoiler(ripper tooth) I had still on the 3pt hitch but common sense when the rear tire spun he raised the 3pt hitch. Now it's gungho on changing out the pto and installing the rebuilt 3260 mower deck.
Now I want to flush the hydraulic system? I looked for a drain plug but didn't see any? If there is no drain plug I been thinking of removing hydraulic line from the 3pt hitch cylinder and run it till the oil stops flowing. Then shut it off quickly refill the system again and repeat until it's flushed. Change the oil filter and let her mow.
My son then says my fcub is next. I want to plow snow with the fcub this year. With a cub cadet with a snow thrower and my jeep tractor as backup. I'll give my 3rd 154 with the snowplow a break this year.
