Great advise its good stuff. For this application its perfect.
For fixing exsisting leaks like on the case seams on dirtbikes i been using a silicone called pro seal. I wash the area clean and put a heat lamp on it. Then i apply the silicone and let the lamp heat it over night. The case never leaks again its just food for thought.
