G'day and congrats :applause: on acquiring your 1st new to you Cub :D Unfortunately I do not have a lot of information on the Numbered Series Cubs but I do have a few items. If you follow the Cub-154 Lo-Boy it will take you to the TC-131 Parts Catalog Revision 8 where you will find the Parts Breakdowns for the various IH Implements available for the 154 such as the IH 3260 Rotary Cutter. That should be of some assistance in mounting your mower. Sorry I don't have anything else on the Implements.

I know this is an older post but I was having the same issue. I was able to find some pictures on line and thought I would share.

Well after spending several hours trying to mount my 3260 like the above photos, I still can not attach it like the photo and have it not bind up. I can not seem it put the pin with the spacers in. Any suggestions? Here are some pics as it is sitting right now. The top pic is of the right side if you are sitting on the tractor. Notice the pin is not installed. The second pic is of the left side. It seems to work correctly.

Check the hydraulic cylinder centered under the tractor. You may need to get the piston pushed back into the cylinder. To do that you need the weight of the mower. Reality show. I messed up when is removed the deck and cycled the hydraulics - leaving the lower piston extended.

I had the same problem initially mounting my 3260 mower after removal to work on. I wound up using a farm jack to jack up and block one corner of the deck at a time and fastening some brackets. Then moving the jack to another corner and getting a few more brackets - until I could put weight on the hydraulic system to close the center cylinder.
I have an excuse. CRS.

On to the next deck issue. Does anyone have a good picture of the belt tensioner? I have a pretty good idea that mine is not on correct.

2nd photo. The belt tensioner is a coil type spring that fits under the post on the right side of the photo.

As long as spring, the current system, doesn't rub on the belt or pulley, I'd use it.
I have an excuse. CRS.
