Hello

Postby polarisgod » Mon Sep 05, 2011 7:50 pm

Hello, I was just trying to find info on the LowBoy and I found my way here. I have had a severely neglected 154 for three years now. I have spent more time working on it than mowing with it so far but I love these little machines. Now the time has come for an engine rebuild so the block is at the machine shop having the cylinders checked, head shaved and a valve job done. I have a few questions in regards to parts. I am looking for front axle bushings and the upper steering column bearing. I have looked at Parts Tree and Ebay with no luck. Also I have been curios why these tractors only seem to be in the North East. Were they only marketed and sold up here? Thanks for any info you guys have and hope to help you guys out as well. Rob.

I would first recommend checking with some of the forum sponsors if you are looking for new or "like new" parts.

If you are looking for good condition used parts, you might want to visit

There is a PDF Catalog to browse through.

Lots of numbered series in the south east, I have 3. Post a "wanted" ad in the for sale/wanted section or hamiltonbobs website.

I think there are more int154's out in the midwest like Ohio where hamiltonbob is at. There here in the northeast but not as many as out in the rest of the country. I believe were more grass and estates are we will find higher numbers of these mowing machines.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
