Does anyone know the correct key to go in the crank shaft pulley on a 154? I'm working on a friend's that wouldn't start, and turns out that the key is worn off flush with the crank shaft, allowing the pully to spin on the crank. I found a 5/16 x 3/4", but it is definitely too long and stands too tall out of the keyway on the crank. I'm heading to the hardware store in the morning, with this one marked so I have an idea, but I figure if I knew the correct size, it will take away some of the question.
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Correct Woodruf Key for Crank Shaft Pulley?
Thanks Don. That makes sense. The one I have must be a 5/32 x 3/4, because it does fit the keyway, just too long..
Thanks again,
Bill
