How can I tell if my hydraulic pump is small or large on 154 serial # 2000112U 035832.
What is the difference in GPM between the pumps. I want to operate a small loader and was hoping to avoid adding a PTO pump. Are the small & large pumps interchangeable?
Thanks
Matt

Since your 154 is not a Cub Cadet and has very little in common with them, I moved your question to the "Lo-Boy Series 154, 185, 174 forum where it has a better chance of being answered.

Re: 154 Low Boy Hydraulics
I believe the larger pumps are just longer in length. Rick P. here used the orginal IH pump on his fcub with the loader and he says it works fine. If you do go with the longer pump you will need to cut the tubing shorter so they will still hook up.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
