I have head and block at motor shop, The guy is going to do a valve job, resurface the head, clean everything up . I did discover, that the front crank pulley had been jb welded where the crank shaft key seats, and the pulley had a jb weld inside shaft hub in the key slot, was wondering what would cause this , to have this kind of repair?? did the crank shaft key break, and caused pulley to turn on shaft?
I noted that the main crank bearings are marked with numbers, and STD. STD= STANDARD? , when I replace bearings, do I need the numbers off old bearings, and is there a good source for c-60 engine bearings ThanksJim

Re: c-60 questions
STD is standard, use the p/n off the rods when you order bearings. Time for a new pulley JB weld won't hold up in that application.
