Rebuilding an IH 48" 3 blade mower deck that came with a '69' Cub 154.
Deck is missing the tensioning spring and/or tensioning mechanism for applying tension to the bellt that drives the three blades. Ordered Binder's owner's manual for the deck, but it doesn't show a picture. The adjustable pulley is attached to the deck but needs some way of applying tension. Belts interfere with simply attaching spring to deck and adjustable pulley thereby applying tension.
Does anyone have access to a picture of one installed on the deck so that we can recreate it or know where we might find one.
