154 Cub lo-Boy carb leaks
My 154 Cub Lo-Boy carb leaks after rebuilding with an IH kit. I have read Lurker Carl's carb leaking fix. I think the IH gaskets are too hard and won't compress unless I tighten stuff too tight and I don't want to strip the threads. For a sealant for the nozzle and needle cage, I am going to try Permetex 59214, Napa # 765-2648. Does everyone use the Kohler Cage and needle Lurker Carl talks about or just uses the IH one. Any advise? Thanks!!

Use the IH one.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
