I don't know if these would even work. See below, Seem to be metric. I know nothing about golf cart tires.

I recently had the pleasure of trying to find front tires for my latest Kubota. Factory size 21 x 8 x 10. Found no one offering that size, so I had to step down to 20.5 x 8 x 10 trailer tires. I needed heavy ply tires since the tractor has a loader. I found only 2 choices in 10 ply rating, all others 4 ply. Not exactly what I was hoping for but they work fine. For your 20 x 8 x 10, there are more choices. That tire is equivalent to 205 / 65/ 10. The 205 / 50 is a shorter golf cart size, equivalent to 18.5 x 8 x 10. Pretty much any 20 x 8 x 10 tire will work on your 154, it just depends on your expectations.

The walmart tires listed are 4 ply. If you aren't doing heavy lifting, (bucket work) then these would probably be fine for a 154.
Might want to look at rear tires for a lawn tractor. They should be pretty reasonably priced and readily available.
I bought a pair for a craftsman riding lawnmower as a bundle from ebay.
