Need help with my lo boy

Postby Heatherh411 » Tue May 28, 2019 10:15 pm

While mowing my lo boy popped out of gear and won’t move once I put it in gear. The PTO and hydraulics work but I noticed a bent rod that’s now touching my mower deck. I’m not sure how to identify the part I need. I’m not mechanical but would like to get my tractor moving again.

It pops out of gear in the tranny? Sounds like a cracked shifter fork?

The bent rod? That holds the deck?

You have two different problems?

Welcome!

Here are some links to how to post pictures:

When you have some time, read through these threads to acquaint yourself with the Forum:

After your 2nd post on the Forum, you'll have access to the all the free PDF Manuals. They are located via "Quick Links" in the upper left corner of your screen. Hit that and a pull-down appears where you'll find "PDF Manuals". Through that link, you'll be able to download an Owner's Manual and any service manuals that interest you.

You didn't mention which LoBoy you own; that would help. Also, what model mower you're using.

Glad you joined us.

Your right there’s a 154/185/184 lowboy and a fcub lowboy. I’m trying to figure out where the rod came from on the mower deck. Fcub?

Welcome.

Think we are going to need photos of the tractor, mower deck, and bent rod.
I have an excuse. CRS.
