Greetings!
I’ve got a LoBoy 154 with carb (#405004R91) issues. I’ve got a complete rebuild kit from Internet Tractor Parts and I have a question about the discharge tube. Here is a picture of the old and the new:

As you can see, quite a difference! - number of holes AND overall diameter both OD and ID - also the new is a wee tad longer. Interestingly, the quite thorough instructions show a discharge tube with three holes, just like the old one!! Which one do ya’ll think I should use?
David

Re: LoBoy 154 carb rebuild problem
I would clean the old one and use it. There's very little to go wrong with the jet. Others on this forum have said the jet is matched to the carbuerator. You can search and find topic on the subject. Welcome to the FORUM, one more post and you can access the manuals section at the Quick Links tab, top left corner of this page.

Agree with Stan. Clean up and use the original.
