Marty Stuart, good ole Mississippi boy. For those who don't know: His mom took him to a Connie Smith concert one night. When he saw her, he told his mama he was gonna marry her one day. He was around 12 if I remember correctly. He made good on that prediction :-)

Marty Stuart has the most awesome band in the business…They got the Honky Tonker genere …A lot of Pro Bands play only what they have recorded….These guys can play nearly anything….Bach to Rock…Kenny Vaughn has got to be one of the best guitar players on the planet along with Marty Stuart….Super Cool…As you probably know the show is based on " The Porter Wagoner Show" out of respect….Sorry to ramble... :lol:

John (and everybody else close to Potosi) Marty is the Saturday Night headliner at this years Washington County Missouri Fair August 9th. Admission to the fairgrounds is $8 and includes the show.
