Dad back in the day when he was doing 1,000 of these for Thanksgiving got it down to 4-6 minutes each. This was Tim's 4th one - which was done in ~18 minutes. Don't worry the dogs get their fair share of turkey scraps. For this time-lapse I took 2 pictures per second for the duration of the process. I rendered the video at ~24 frames per second.
