disk plow

Did my first plowing, with a disk plow. (Hester). After setting the wheel spacing, on the cub, to IH disk plow specifications, I'm amazed at how well it covers crop residue. More impressive, is plowing Sorghum-Sudan grass, cover crop. It is taller than the hood, and is turning over, great. No tangles. Don't think I could do that, with a moldboard plow. (Maybe I'll try a couple of passes, to compare).

I had a moldboard plow and a disc plow. I sold the moldboard plow. :-)

Ed, Take the pictures with your Brownie. It doesn't have any electronics in it. If you don't use the flash you won't even need a battery. :D
