Friday is Fine

This is Friday..I spoke of him in some of my earlier plugs...how sick he was last year....he is doing just fine after recooping last winter...He has been with me for 17 years and still going strong....I really am attached to him...and wouldn't want it any other way...he is a comlete joy to my life...he is my first kitty...I had him since he was 8 months old....now 17, he shows me affection, kid-like antics, an hardy appetite and how to relax...he is a teacher in his own right....I live day by day and I'm so thankful for having him in my life...If St. Francis is watching, he is smiling at the two of us...."Friday" as I named him after Robinson Caruso's sidekick Friday, who was an explorer...so be it....all his life, he has gotten me out of bed at 2 am and 4 am to feed him just a smiggen of food....if I refused, he became the 'explorer' and would knock something over or break it....small price to pay for the love he exchanges....I felt he was like taking care of an infant-only with 4 feet! Here's to You Friday !! Dad loves you buddy !!
