Soil Temperature
Starting to check soil temperatures in central Missouri, and the germination times and temperature charts. Current soil temperature is 40 degrees. Need around 50 degrees or so to start planting cool weather garden crops. Guessing another two weeks before planting peas, radish, etc.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Re: Soil Temperature
Planted peas and beets early last week. Beets are starting to come up, but peas are still in the ground. Also planted about 150 onion plants, reds and yellow Granex. Waiting on weather for cabbage and broccoli.
