Weird Weather

Today I went into my bee hive and added a couple honey supers , put on the great vented bottom board i picked up from Don McCombs added a queen excluder. I have a pretty large Bee tree in front of my house that is in full blossom. this is supposed to be a very late pollen for the bee's before winter build up. normally it doesn't bloom until very late in august and every kind of bee possible is out there sipping it up. i guess with the heat wave the dog days of august came in early july and triggered the bloom. Now i guess i need to keep a close watch on them and make sure i leave them plenty stores for the winter due to the normal flow will already have been had. they stung me pretty good in my wrist where it had been thoroughly broken and it feels pretty darn good. :big afro:

Michael, I will be starting my hive in the spring. It looks like you, Don and I will have a lot to talk about in October.
