No one around here plants oats for pasture. I found (I think I remember this right) 'Evolved Harvest Buck 'n Oats' at Wal Mart in the outdoors section. I bought 1/2-pound of turnip seeds from the local garden seed guy for $2.50. The turnips were 'purple tops.'

Very nice buck Trent, my brother and I put out a couple big food plots this year and I've had time to bow hunt them once this season. Feels good though knowing they have a little something since there's no mass at all here this year.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
