Italian Pork Chops

Postby cubbrian » Mon Apr 06, 2009 8:49 pm

1 bottle Italian dressing
Pork Chops
potatoes and Carrots

Put the Dressing in a crock pot with the pork chops on low heat and let cook for about 6-8 hours depends on how thick they are. If you want to spice up potatoes and carrots cut them up and add them to the mix. I even like to use a small pork roast or pork loin. You can also just maranade the chops in the dressing for a few hours and then grill them and that is really good too.

Sounds awesome ! And easy :D Not to hijack, but in my family we've taken like venison bites, or I suppose you could do it with most any meat really, and marinated it in 50/50 Italian dressing and Worchershire. Grill it up, and watch it get gone  Sometimes it's hard to beat the simple things....

**Ask Ketcham - I guess he liked it since he ate a pound of venison bites by himself
