Tue Mar 20, 2012 12:02 pm

Tired of those old bent up and no longer can adjust your tie rods on your cub? I am making New Tie Rods for the Cubs and Cub Lo-Boy, these are designed to save you $$$, I make the new outer and inner tie rod, you send me your old tie rod or just chop off about 4-5 inches of the ball end off and send it to me, I machine the old ball end off its old tube and it is pressed and welded in to the new tube I make, you will receive the new tube with your ball end welded in to it, a new inner rod and nut for the cost of $50.00 plus shipping, Just PM me for any questions or contact information
thanks Tim

New Updates 10/5/2012
New Tie Rods now available for Cub High Crop models with the wide front end, again you send me an old tie rod with the ball end, I machine the ball end out of the old tube, it is then pressed and weldeded in the new tube that I make, you will receive back one new inner tie rod and nut, the new outer tube with your ball end installed,
you can see the tube and end in the picture before it is installed and welded in the new tube, I prime them in gray or red which ever I am using at the time, the cost for a high crop inner and outer is $65 plus shipping
thanks Tim

two questions,

1) I like the idea of the adjustments, but with only the parts shown the inner and outer tie rods will come apart or @ least not stay in adjustment, what other parts are needed to clamp and fit in slots to keep the 2 from getting out of adjustment ???

2) Would you add a grease fitting to outer tube and grease the 2 rods or do you recommend lubing inner rod with anti-seize as it might be months to years between adjusting the tie rods and you don't want them to galling, rusting solid etc....

These are copyied the same way the factory made them, they always had the adjustments every two inches , you use your factory clamp and bolt over, I just never seize the inners and they always come out as long as they are not bent

I broke the outside tie rod tube on my Farmall Cub. Do you sell just the outside tube, if I send you my old one? It's broken near the middle.

The inner tube is bent, but I think I can straighten it. I tried to email you directly, but couldn't figure out how to do it. I'm not used to this web site. Can you email me so I have your address?
