Old age

Postby torchred89 » Wed Mar 31, 2021 5:48 pm

I had to put a new belt on my Troy built tiller. It took me a half hour to get it off. I held it up to the new one and it had stretched. Took me another half hour to get the belt on. When I got done I looked on the ground. There was the new belt I put the old belt back on. :?

Honestly, I think a lot of us can relate to your experience. :surrender: BUT, it's a lot less expensive than sessions with a psychiatrist.

I could not say tractor when I was 2 years old so I called it Err Err.

I loved this tractor then and I still love it now.

Reminds me of removing the left final drive so I could replace a bad oil seal on the output shaft (pinion shaft) of the transmission. Got it all done, final back on, wheel on, and tractor off the jack and blocks, and after I had gotten on it to drive it to the lower shed where I normally park it I realized something did not look right. Then I noticed the fender stilll leanin g against the side of the shed. That was about 18 years ago, imagine how bad I am now.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
