The format has been changed to one that is easier to use and is more inclusive.

Is there a way to tell if there has been a new post without checking the listings?

Thomas, the only way to see the latest post is to check the listings. They don't show up in the "View new post" section like other posts.

It takes two clicks to view the latest ads and return to the forum.

Click the link at the top of the forum: "(NEW) Classified Ads)" to view the latest ads and then click the "return to forum" link at the top of the classifieds to return back to the home page of the forum.

My main complaint is that you cannot as easily tell if you have read an ad, as you could before. Am I missing a way to mark an add that you have already read?

You have to register for an account if you are a forum member?

If you open a section and click on "Sort by: Newly listed" you will see the ads in the reverse order they were posted.

Yes you do Thomas. And when you register the app will send an activation email to your email inbox. Click on the activation link and you will be able to login. As Dennis said, you should create an account to mirror your farmallcub.com account. That way everyone will know who you are.

Mike:

Check your email account for the activation email. Follow the directions. Should work after that.

Mike, if you are changing your forum password, it won't help. That is why I asked if you registered for an account earlier.

This forum used to be a lot of fun and info, but I think some of the changes the last couple of years has done nothing but reduce participation.

I don't see a link for NEW Classified Ads. Perhaps because I am using mobile device?
