That one is from 1981 to around 1990. It as the flat "channel" tongue and the serial tag says "Cub Cade" instead of "International" or "IH". The IH version looked similar but had a round pipe tongue, and were quite a bit heavier built. That one was built by MTD, but early after they bought Cub Cadet from IH.

Thank you for the information. Glad to know all that. Does this mean it's not special because it was made by MTD? I plan to keep it, it's really solid.

It's probably not that sought after by IH collectors, since it was made by MTD. However, at $50, it's a hell of a trailer. You can't find one built that heavy any longer, so I'd say you did good.
