Cub Cadet 102 - Somebody save me from the scrap heap

<edit> ooops - I misidentified this tractor - It is a 102 not a 185


My neighbors are cleaning out a bunch of junk from their lot and the old man
has a Cub Cadet 102 serial # 3850xxxx (from what I can see on the transfer case)

The Cub is all there but has not run for years - sat outside covered
It appears complete except for a front wheel. It has two decks as well
It is a bit rusty but looks like a candidate for a frame up restoration

I'm hoping to head it off going to the scrap dealer, which is where it
