Well Phil, How handy are you? It looks like that tiller is belt driven, which means you'll have to run a belt via a mower mule drive on the front of the tractor. Then you'll need to figure out a way to get it to run the actual tiller unless you want to use a 100 something inch belt. I found a thread that may help some http://mgonitzke.net16.net/tiller.html. The fellow in this thread added a jackshaft setup which looks pretty involved, but he claims it works well.

Another thing to consider is unless you have a hydro or a speed reducer the Cub doesn't move slowly enough to till well. If the tractor moves too fast it won't dig, just kinda bounces along the surface of the garden.
Attachments - 193 plow - 144 cultivator - 22 mower - 28A disc harrow - 54 leveling blade - Woods 59C2 - drag harrows - Mott D9 flail - flat belt pulley
The squeaky wheel may get the grease but it's usually the first to be replaced!
