Cub Cadet Hydro 1210 – What’s it worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a Cub Cadet Hydro 1210 with mower deck and bagging system. It’s been kept inside, looks like it’s all there and the hour meter reads 385. Is this a good model and if so, what do you think a fair price I should offer for it?
