Could be anything. You could put duals on any Cub Cadet garden tractor ever built. If they are the original wheel spacers, they are valuable, however, there are a bunch of knockoff and home made ones that add no value to the tractor. A good set of rear wheels/tires is worth a couple hundred $$ alone. If it has IH wheel spacers, they're worth a couple hundred $$ by themselves. The rest is up to the tractor model, condition, etc..
