Good Day All!
I recently purchased a QA-42 snow thrower, and attached it to my 125. I have had plenty of opportunities to use it, and it works just fine. I am however having a problem with it sitting level. Regardless if it is suspended, or on the ground, the right side of the snow thrower sits off the ground, and when the unit is raised the right side is higher than the left. I read the manual, didn’t see any reference for leveling adjustment. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Snow thrower will not sit level
Sometimes it is a bit hard to get those front mounts to seat in place. It sounds like it may be a bit bent... however first check to make sure the vertical sliding joint is free to move up and down. Check to see if anthing looks bent. It should sit flat on the ground.
They work pretty good once you get the hang of speed and snow conditions.

Re: Snow thrower will not sit level
I have the same problem with mine QA36. When I tighten the belt, the left side drops more than the right. I Give the sliding plate a few knocks with a hammer and the right side to even it out. It sort of works. I will have to look more closely and see it something is bent or binding.
