Probably the 147, and they made a lot of both models 15,678 of the 147, don't know how many 149's, but the 500,000 th Cub Cadet built was a 149. There were 129,810 of the series (86, 108, 109, 128, 129, 149, 160) built, with 8,489 being 86's, 4,005 being 169's, so that leaves 117,316 for the 108 thru 149. They built a lot of them.

Around me i see more 147's over 149's but it could just be my area. Maybe the 149's are hiding but the 147's are still being used. I notice that the 108's are more around and as popular as the 70's and 100's were in the beginning. Now with the 12hp's the 122's seem to be the most popular. Maybe the production numbers and sales are greater on these more popular models. Locally i'm still seeing cadets time to time still in the back yards around me too.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
